The project aimed to design a comprehensive and user-friendly website for an eye care clinic, focusing on four core elements: service showcase, appointment scheduling, educational resources, and contact information. The website was developed to engage users by presenting eye care services clearly and aesthetically, enabling seamless appointment bookings, providing valuable eye health resources, and ensuring easy access to clinic contact details.

Research & Discovery
Gathered requirements from stakeholders and analyzed similar healthcare websites to identify best practices for UI design, usability, and accessibility.
Wireframing & Layout
Created wireframes for each section, focusing on a clean and organized structure that allowed easy access to information, with particular attention to showcasing services clearly.Prototyping & User Testing
Developed interactive prototypes using Figma, focusing on the appointment scheduling system and ensuring a smooth user experience for booking appointments. Incorporated educational content for eye health.Visual Design
Chose colors, typography, and imagery to create a visually appealing design that communicated trust and professionalism. Prioritized clarity and accessibility for the appointment system and educational resources.Usability Testing & Iteration
Conducted usability testing to gather feedback on navigation, information clarity, and overall user experience. Iterated on design based on feedback, improving navigation and the booking process.
Challenges and Observations
Showcasing eye care services: The challenge was to present a range of services in an engaging yet simple way that would not overwhelm the user. Finding the right balance between content presentation and visual appeal was key.
Appointment scheduling system: Integrating a user-friendly online booking system that was intuitive and efficient proved to be difficult. Ensuring it was easy for users to navigate while maintaining accuracy and functionality took careful consideration.
Educational resources section: Creating a dedicated section with a mix of articles, guides, and videos was challenging in terms of organizing and presenting the content in a way that was engaging yet easy to digest.
Clear contact & location information: Ensuring that the contact and location details were easily accessible on every page was critical. The challenge was designing a layout that kept this information prominent but unobtrusive
